Exercise Testing Lab

Mission

The Exercise Testing Lab is a teaching and research space dedicated to conducting exercise tests and analyzing blood biomarkers. The lab space is used for courses such as Exercise Testing and Prescription, Exercise Immunology and Research Methods. The lab gives students the opportunities to gain skills in exercise testing such as VO2max tests, resting metabolic rate, EKG, force deck analysis (balance and strength testing), and body composition analysis.
